I know how to build a roadmap that teams can actually follow, run a sprint that doesn't fall apart mid-week, and have the hard conversation with a stakeholder before it becomes a bigger problem.
My background is in digital and eCommerce, which means I also speak dev. But project management is my craft — the planning, the people, the process, and the judgment calls that don't show up in any methodology guide.
